You bless the ground for magic users 10 feet around you, empowering the spells of all those who cast spells in it. You must be on a solid surface to cast this spell. While in this circle, when a creature casts a 4th-level spell or lower, it has advantage on spell attack rolls, creatures have disadvantage on saving throws against its spells, and counts as one level higher (except for this spell).

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, spells of equal level or lower are boosted by this effect.
